Everybody wants to look younger than older, most people don’t like it when they are getting old or when someone is telling them they are getting old so they always want to look good and beautiful, may I say younger when they are not getting any younger.

What if I told you that there is actually a way you get younger and more beautiful than before, it won’t be that hard its just to be healthy at most time and try to also wat healthy. Most people don’t eat healthily that’s why are look older than their age, I don’t know why people don’t like eating good food but good food is actually very good for the bones and for your skin. Most skincare products are actually made out of fruits and some food, you may be thinking why so cream and lotions have beautiful smell not knowing its fruit you are actually applying on your body.

What Food to Eat That Makes You Look Younger and Beautiful

Well, we are going to show you a few food and fruits you can take to help fine-tune your skin and your face without using any cream or lotion. This even applies to grow good and healthy hair.

Dark Chocolate:

This may come as a shocker for some people, I know right? Who could ever think that Chocolates are actually good for the skin, a snack that we hide from our parents when we were kids and most of us don’t take it now because our parents made us believe that chocolate is bad for us.

But really it's not bad, it's only bad when you take it too much like the saying goes too much of everything is not good. But the antioxidants in the dark chocolate, not just any chocolate helps the skin. Imagine staying in a sun and your skin does not go red for 30 minutes, awesome isn’t it?


Green Tea:

Well, you may have heard that too much tea is not good for the body and may cause some sugar damage or something. But we are not just talking of any tea here, we are taking of green tea. The Green Tea contains antioxidants that are very good for the youthful skin and it also contains polyphenols that protect your collagen and help stop aging signs.

So we first talked about how drinking tea is good and now coffee is on our list. Well, most people do not regard coffee as tea knowing that it has some powers just as people describe it. Which is the power of keeping you awake at night and adding energy to your body? But what people do not know is that the bioactive compounds in coffee can also help protect the skin from melanoma.
But this does not apply to all coffee per se.

Okay, we are now moving to fruits. If you are the type that does not like fruits or are very selective in fruit. Even scientists proved it that fruits are very productive for the body, knowing that people, like eating fruit a lot but taking an avocado, are very good although most people don’t like taking avocados. But avocados have polyhydroxylated fatty alcohols that do not only help protect your skin but also help your skin from the sun too.

Now let me say if you want to get or look younger or ten years younger than you are before you need to start taking fruits not just any fruits but tomatoes too. If you are like me that does not take tomatoes that much, you need to start taking tomatoes very well. Tomatoes have a lot of lycopene which will help you or protect you from cancer or heart disease.
